Shayne Toby is the Director of Operations for CBIZ Special Risk Insurance Services, Inc. (CBIZ Special Risk) based in San Diego. Shayne leads the firm’s Operations, Production, Producers Services, Policy Services, Commission-Accounting and Underwriting Departments. She has more than 30 years of experience in the life insurance industry. Shayne has been with CBIZ Special Risk since 1985, and during this time has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience. She is dedicated to the continued growth of CBIZ and providing World Class Service to its producers and financial representatives.
Prior to joining CBIZ Special Risk, Shayne began her Insurance career at Connecticut Mutual where she was responsible for Case Management and internal processing. Shayne received her FLMI and ACS degrees from LOMA.
